If you want soggy vomit looking nachos with plastic in them, this is the place to go. I specifically asked them to separate the mixes to prevent the sogginess, but I guess they don t do that anymore? Every piece of nacho was heavily drenched with cheese, with all the moisture absorbed into each chip. I was really hoping to enjoy this meal, but it was terrible.

I ordered a dozen tacos and paid for a dozen tacos but only received 10. The clerk probably realized that because she gave me TWENTY packs of hot sauce, presumably so that I would not notice that I had been shorted. Such a shame really.

Very bad attitude and not great food like the one on the Northside next to Wal mart. The attitude of the manager I felt it was the manager she was not friendly and got our order wrong, and I will not be back. WE love the one on the north side ... there is plenty of salt on the food on the south side Casa Taco. Blessings to them...

Food was good but... we didnt get everything we ordered. The kids that were working started arguing over whos job it was to take our order. When someone finally did take our order she had lots of negative attitude. The dinning area was hot. They said they werent allowed to turn the air on. I guess when you have KIDS running a place you cant expect much. I think I will drive across town to the other location from now on. Very disappointing.

Halloween cat on the counter by the register and thanksgiving decor by the straws and silverware.. management needs to clear those items away

This location has gotten our order completely wrong the last 2 times at the drive thru. We live out of town so it s not like we can just go back up there. The way it s all put inside the bags, it makes it difficult to go thru it all to make sure the order is correct. You can bet the next time, I will have the person at the window go thru it all before I take it. I am not happy with the Buffalo Gap location. The food is always good, but the workers need to wake up and figure out how to work.

The one on Buffalo Gap is not good at all. The taco shell was stale, tostada was soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes tasted old and soggy. This was not the 1st time their food was disappointing, I have been there several times and every time I decide to give it another try they disapoint even worse. Service was alsi slow.

Used to love coming to this place. Im sorry but the service here is absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 super tacos and it took 15-18mins. Waited 5-6 mins in line. Plus the 15-18 mins. With 2 vehicles in front of me. Idk what the issue is but this is by far the slowest fast food restaurant on Buffalo gap and probably Abilene. The second or third time this has happened. SMH food is good. The wait is almost not worth even coming here. You waste gas just sitting in line forever lol

This place said they are open at 10:00, but at 10:08 no one came on for the drive-thru. I called and an employee who was polite told me that although it is after 10:00 they are instructed by the owner Mr D that they have to go by the clock inside the store which was still 9:58. So although he acknowledged that it was after 10, they would not take my order. This is one of the dumbest things Ive ever heard. I will not be returning ever again to the store. I did them a favor and suggested Google edit their hours to open at 10:10am.

We use to love to eat here at least 1 or 2 times a week. But now the service is extremely slow! And last time we dined in, the employees spent time in the dinning room sharing their poor me about the work environment. And tonight, they had a hard time with the register while waiting on us and cussed multiple times, one employee making the food has his pants down almost to his knees, and every table is dirty. We would love to see changes made with the management of this location. Because we really enjoy that they play Christian music and we like the taste of the food.

Since the Taco Casa near Walmart, off I-20, changed their Taco Light shell, (I cant tell it from the Super Taco, now!)I had to drive all the way across town to this one, for my Taco Lights! Either that, or drive into Graham, to Taco Casa, before heading back home, to Midland. Sadly, I wont be going back to the other one, in Abilene. The Taco Light is my FAVORITE taco! I LOVE the light taco shell, thats made with a fried flour tortilla, at every other Taco Casa Ive been to (including the aforementioned one, until a couple of months ago). MANY years ago, I started eating Taco Lights, when Taco Bell carried them, so have been eating them for close to 40 years, now.
