Pam was the first realtor I ever worked with, and over 2 years and 2 separate properties, I can confidently say she has set the bar high and proud for what to expect from an honest, professional realtor. All of my maintenance requests were met in a timely manner with proper pros who knew what they were doing. They saved the house after the freeze, and when the electrics started acting up, they kept coming. Ive heard a lot about Pam and Redman Realtors, but all I know is what Ive personally experienced. Shes forgiving, patient, and kind. I missed my prorated rent because Im a fool, and it was no harm no foul - got a new stove that same month. Got a good chunk of security deposit back on the first property, too. Not much else to say. Id work with Redman Realtors again.

Pam at Redman realtors has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We first came in contact with Pam when we were looking for a rental property until we found our forever home. As landlords, Pam and her team were always kind and quick to respond to any issues we had! I have never had such an amazing experience as a renter. Not only did Pam make things easy as a renter, she worked hard for us when it came to finding our home in Abilene. She always answered our calls, and if she didnt have an answer for our questions she found it!! Even after the purchase of our home Pam continues to help us out, connecting us to other companies in the area to assist in getting our new home situated. I highly recommend Pam and her team for any and all of your housing needs! She treated us like family and we feel blessed to have had her in our corner.

One star is way too generous. I am from out of state and wanted to sell a rental house our family owned in Abilene. Pam was my realtor/property manager and the whole process was a nightmare from start to finish. From not knowing what forms to submit, to not following up on reasonable requests to lying to me about moving the tenant in time for closing, her incompetence was unparalleled. The buyers mover had to convince the tenant to move out while Pam had her finger in her mouth.

Worst Realtors in abilene. they wont let you hire someone outside of their company to fix a problem but will let you go a month without gas in your house. I wish I could give them a negative star. beyond unprofessional.
