I was going to order pizzas for my Granddaughter I went in to ask for help with the app. The answers I got were umm it on the app or I dont know. I went in and felt like trying the New PEPPERONI CHEESY BREAD...I havent had DOMINOS PIZZA for a long time... Interestingly enough when I was in my 30s I actually worked for Dominos Pizza as a DELIVERY DRIVER in another city in Texas for about 3 years... Now Im in my 50s and the menu food items and different look inside is way different 20 years ago.

They gave my delivery pizza to someone else I asked for compensation like an extra pizza or anything. They shorted me. My ranch and my pizza was very cold hard and old I will never ever ever use this location again. I believe the guys name was Robert that delivered my pizza? On may 17th at 2:53 order number 242 I want to praise this dominos store and driver. I worked at dominos for a year collectively, and I know how easy it is just to throw a bunch of toppings together, and lazily twist together, some bread. I also know how easy it is to forget the condiments and the drink. Today I received everything in perfect presentation, and quality and flavor. Everything is perfectly proportioned. The driver I m not sure her name. But she had a bunch of cute pins on her hat she must have earned (probably for being an on time driver ) next time I know to tip more than 15%!! I literally got the order which felt like maybe 10 tik toks of scrolling on my phone haha and boom got a knock on the door. You guys are so awesome. Thank you.

We ordered 4 pizzas and a brownie cookie. The pizzas all had a hard bottom to the crust, the brownie cookie was raw as you pick them up it was like goo, the beef pizza was legit a joke as it only contained outter toppings, as well as 2 1/2 of the pizza wasnt cut properly had to recut throughout.

The small 10 pizza was okay. It is a little overpriced and not worth the money. I have had pizza from the deli section from a local grocery store that tasted much better and got a bigger pizza for much less money. Otherwise, they made it while I waited. The waiting area was clean too.

Placed a timed order for pickup because i needed to grab it at a particular time. Got to the store and got rang up (at a higher than expected price because a coupon randomly changed) five minutes after the scheduled pickup time and they didnt have my pizza, girl who rang me up called out for it to be made. Mix-ups happen, but frustrating, particularly because there wasnt even an apology or acknowledgment, and if Id known the order wasnt even made or in the oven yet before ringing up Id have just gone elsewhere. Did not really have time to spare sitting around waiting, but had already paid. Store is generally good and this is an isolated incident, although its pretty common to be standing around at the front waiting to be rang up for five minutes or more when Ive been here before, even if they arent busy. Prefer the Clack street location, but online orders dont work for that store most of the time.

We ordered delivery yesterday. The pizzas were awesome as always, but we also ordered the five cheese dip. I pictured an actual dip, not just five cheeses thrown into a bowl and oven baked. There was no binder. So after a few hours, it turned into a mixture of just oil and cheese wax that was maybe half an inch thick. It was inedible and I would classify it a fondue, maybe. We managed to salvage by reheating and adding additional ingredients. For 8.99, I wouldnt pay for this again. Its not an actual dip.

So, the date & time is 8 : 57 on December 27 2021. I was given the managers name- I talked to- as Lance. Lance agreed with the female that took my order. Either theyre stealing food items from Dominoes customers, tryng to Gaslight me or the Pizza Industry has had a radical change! I was told- by both- that if you order extra cheese, it counts as 2 toppings since theres cheese, already, on the pizza. Lance, apparently, thinks that refusing to give me his bosses number and hanging-up on me will be the end of this. WRONG!!! Received our pizza two hours later after receiving a text that it had been delivered, left on hold for 30 minutes, AND driving up to the Dominos 10 min away to let them know. Guy was super apologetic but the environment definitely worried me. I hope their manager is better than the way the store and staff were being taken care of. Phone was ringing like crazy and no one picked it up. Cheese and toppings and trash all over the floor. No gloves on any of the workers. I couldn t care less if you wore a mask, but gloves when touching the toppings would be nice. I understand many dominos are understaffed right now. Maybe better to close for the night than leave your customers hanging for 2+ hours only to have them hungry and not wanting to do business with you in the future.

My mother just ordered pizza from Dominos N. 10 location and when she opened the box this is how it looked. Very disappointed. Edit: Thank you Dominos for righting this wrong. The problem was resolved quickly and the manager and female delivery driver were very professional. I also ordered from there and my pizza came in and was great. My delivery driver was Tyler. In a little over a year ordering from this location (N 10th & Judge Ely), I ve had very few issues and overall have fairly enjoyed my experiences. I should ve written a review sooner However, last night I had a pizza delivered that, well, didn t quite look like a whole pizza. No matter how I tried to manipulate the pieces, it just didn t line up, which led me to believe it had been tampered with. Not wanting to take any chances, the pie went straight to the garbage. I probably would ve rated this place 4 stars before this, but feel I had to remove at least one star for last night s experience. Furthermore, I do not believe the Noid had anything to do with this.

This location used to be great. The last 3 times that weve ordered, something has been wrong. This last time our order sat on their counter for quality check for over half an hour before it was finally delivered barely warm. I sent it back and my wife called to cancel the order. While on the phone, she was told that the phone app sometimes takes a couple minutes to update. We didnt order with the phone app, we ordered on line and the on line tracker was working fine. We wont be ordering from dominos again.

Online ordering experience is one of the best. Curbside delivery with contactless placement is smart. Piece of the Pie Rewards is a good incentive. Accurately baked to perfection. Quality of the pizzas temperature was, extremely, sub-par...literally room temperature, like they were cooked and laid out on a kitchen countertop. Granted, I arrived 30-45 min. after receiving the notification that my order was ready. But, dang, cmon man, are there not warming ovens, heat lamps, those bags that you use to deliver them in which could be used?

What have they done to the buffalo wings at the store on EN 10th in Abilene. 3 times we ve order these bbq wings & they slop some supposedly bbq sauce on it & it s NO GOOD. This Is Not the way these wings use to be. Get it Right, like they use to be!!!!! This Dominos is going down hill, fast!!! I m going elsewhere for a while. You lost a customer. Come on man!!!!!

The pizza has been terrible. They are absolutely sloppy, sometimes I don t even get the right order. I will not order dominos from this location again !!!!!! My order was placed 10/9/2020 around 10:27 to 10:30 server 3091 I also posted pictures of my pizza on google so everyone can see the type of quality control you guys practice. Big pat on the guys!!!! IMG_2807.jpg....ALSO I AM A REAL CUSTOMER!!!
