I was involved in a Tractor trailer accident that caused some serious injuries. The insurance company did not cover enough to pay for the pain and suffering that was caused due to this accident. Mr. Browning helped me as my representative in negotiation. The case did not go to court but we were ready to do so if it came to it. Thanks to Mr. browning and his team, by means of Mediation, we were able to negotiate a larger sum. I received 60% more than what was initial offered.

Traumatic experiences typically create stress and anxiety; however, it was like that burden was taken from me once I started working with Cade and Brittany. I had the full experience of trying to settle an insurance claim to testifying in court. I was fully confident throughout knowing the best representation was sitting by my side. Talented? Of course! Cade and his team worked patiently and diligently for my 7 year old daughter after she and her daddy was severely injured by a sand hauler. They were caring, compassionate and made sure she received what she deserved and took VERY good care with her case! Highly recommend!

I called and spoke with Candice. I informed her of my situation and was asking for an attorney for a case. She informed me that Mr. Browning was in a meeting and she would get my information to him. I was also informed to expect a call back. Not much later Candice contacted me. She informed me of the type of lawyer that I was actually needing. She gave me an 800# for the bar to get assistance for the type of lawyer that Mr. Browning said that I needed specific to my case. They were very polite and helpful to assist me with what I didn t realize that I actually needed. If I need an attorney in the future, I will call them again.

I was referred by my lawyer in New Braunfels. I was up against the state and my ex, it felt like I was fighting an un-winnable battle. But Amber did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Browning Law Firm if you are ever injured in auto accident. After being released from the hospital, I started working with auto insurance and my medical insurance companies, It had become very stressful and frustrating to get the run around from everyone.
