Pathetic representation! I hired Corey Clemence to defend me in a criminal case and he wasted 5 months of my time waiting on video evidence that I told him over and over again they were not going to turn over. We eventually decided it was best he remove himself from the case and I ended up representing myself because he was so ineffective! If you want good representation this is not the place to find it. Matter of fact it seems to me he did the absolute minimum as possible and was content sitting on his hands delaying my case over and over some of which was for his own personal vacation while I sat without a car as it was seized racking up impound fees. Im in total regret of hiring this firm I expected better representation but instead I got a weak attorney!

Went in to see if the law firm would be able to help me and was treated very poorly by the lady working in there. Needless to say I was able to find another law firm to help me and paid them $5200 up front.

Im so happy to hear of other peoples experiences that went well. Unfortunately, that not how I feel my experience has been. I feel as though they took my money, and have been too busy with other cases. I literally only talked to Cory at the 1st meeting and its been his other workers from there on. I can never get a call back or a response to an email as to updates. I usually have to make an actual appearance at the office to get any answers. I literally met with Cory on Nov 3 and asked about an estimated date for things to be final, he said possibly by the end of the year. Well, that date has passed. By 5 months into the next year. All Im saying is I paid a lot of money, and I dont see or feel like Im being treated the way they would want to be treated.

This guy was quick to take a retainer but his follow through was horrible. Will asked to be released from his responsibilities saying client was hard to communicate with but he knew I did not have access to email. This was in writing. How about phone calls or regular USPS??? Find someone else. JTS.

We are going through a parental termination/step-parent adoption case & when we talked to Cory during the consultation, he seemed like the best choice. I had a lot of anxiety through the termination portion, but he calmed my nerves assuring me we would be fine. He was always honest and upfront with me so I wouldn t be caught off guard. During our hearing, he was amazing and very knowledgeable and he won our case! We haven t gotten to do the adoption hearing yet, but I know when we do he will be great again!

I, literally, just got out of my hearing. Outside of the courtroom, Cory had a very good demeanor and kept me on track with things. Inside the courtroom, though, Cory is a beast. He was very well prepared and just listening to Cory and watching him work was awesome. Kentara was always there for the last year or so answering my questions or getting answers to my questions. Thanks to both of you regardless of the outcome.

Mr. Clements filled in for my attorney, when he was unavailable for my divorce hearing. I was so nervous but he was so nice and his demeanor was very calming. It was obvious that he is a great lawyer and that he really cares about people. I am very thankful, that he was there, on this rough day.

Hi, I can positively say that Clemins law firm is the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Cory helped us in our case, and I was totally in jaw dropping awe about how really excellent he is in his career. This law firm was very respectful to myself and my family and they went above and beyond in everything they have done for my family. If you are looking for an attorney that will work hard, knows what they are doing, and will treat you the way you are wanting to be treated, this is your attorney. Man I was totally blown away as to how really great Cory realky is in a courtroom. For the cost of retaining him as our attorney, I would have been extremely happy to pay just to get tickets to watch him perform in court. YES HE IS INFACT THAT GREAT!!!!!!! I hired Mr. Clements in a protective order/divorce case. The man is VERY familiar with the Texas Family Code, even carries it with him to court. As knowledgeable as he is, you d expect a much higher price for service of this kind. I respect someone who prides themselves in being proficient in their trade, and I can honestly say he s one of the best. You will not be disappointed. - C. T.

Mr Clements was a great asset to my case. He showed up extremely knowledgeable and fought for my and my daughters interest the entire time. He was much more knowledgeable than my ex-wifes attorney. Although not everything went the way we wanted, or thought it should have gone, we won the case. Thank you again Mr. Clements!!

Very impressed with this attorney. He handled a traffic violation of mine very swiftly and effectively. The court was wanting upwards of $600 for a minor speeding violation and Mr.Clements was able to reduce it to merely Defensive Driving. Id rather pay this lawyer than the greedy Abilene judicial system any day of the week. Worth every penny I gave him.

I hired Mr. Clements to help me with a child support case. He was honest about my case and my options. He was a calm and even-tempered source of strength and knowledge when I was emotional and over wrought. I also liked the fact that when we met and talked about my case, I met with Cory every time, not an assistant. He took my calls and he answered my emails. Child custody and child support cases are difficult, Cory Clements helped me make the best decisions that yielded the best outcomes for me and my family.

My wife and I had a bad experience with our wedding photographer. I had payed the photographer in full (bad judgment on my part) because she was a familiar face and a well known acquaintance to the family. After two sessions, which one of those sessions was additionally booked after unsatisfactory work, we didnt want to be displeased with our wedding day photos. We simply asked for the return of our deposit. After we had been rejected, it became evident that we were in need of some good legal help from a great lawyer. Clements Law Firm handled the ENTIRE situation from that point forward. Communication with the firm was easy and the settlement was obtained without damaging both parties. It was a fair point and case handled in the most professional and ethical manner by the firm. For ANY future needs, we will be working with Clements Law Firm!

Our experience with Mr Clements was awful. His client had him throw a restraining order on us after giving us an insufficient fund check for $7,500 for 4 months of rent arrears after we gave 60 day notice when the look lease was up. In Abilene, you can rent a house for 2 dollars a month by throwing a restraining order at the landlords. Even if they live 1140 miles away in 3 states over. What Cory did was have his client write a fraudulent check ( a felony crime) so that he paid no rent for over a year and then destroyed the property. I would definitely question those ethics of mixing criminal behavior in civil law. He should have his legal liability pay for this hideous and wrongful action. The public has a right to know this dark side. Authorities should take action.

Was very impressed with Mr. Clements. I live in El Paso and needed him for court in Haskell county. And he handled my case and did an awesome job. He is friendly and emailing him was easy & he always answered in timely manner. Happy client :)
