Overpriced! $50 bucks in the arcade gone in about 10 minutes for 3 kids. Game are a $1 to $3 a game. Outrageous. The curiocity is for kids 8 and under, so my 5 year old cant play with her 9 and 10 year siblings even though it would be completely fine to do so. They keep adding stuff, but this place was empty. I live 2 minutes from this place, and its always disappointing how overpriced it is. They cant blame inflation either because its always been overpriced.

This place is amazing, the best arcade Ive ever been to. The staff was very helpful and very nice, especially Antonio and Kiley. Their manager was really nice too. And everything was amazing! No drinks came out flat, they have the best pizza Ive ever tasted, and I love this place so much I would come here for the next 20 years!!

My boys and I absolutely love spending time at prime time! We drive an hour one way, just to get there. So we usually stay for most of the day, and we go as often as possible. We were literally there three times last week. Its a great place for family fun! Wonderful, kind, and helpful employees , and tasty food too!

Visited Primetime with my son for his 9th birthday and experienced Gokarts, the VR Hologate, Lasertag, and the Valorena! We loved them all and he had a big smile on his face for the rest of the day! His favorite was fighting the zombies in the VR Hologate! And Arturo was incredibly helpful and his customer service really made our experience memorable! Thank you Primetime (and Arturo!) for making my son s birthday such a fun day!

Theres lots of fun to be had here. If you have the money to spend on it all. The premium pass allows you to do maybe half of the things there. (Go karts, bumper cars, mini golf, bowling, 3D theater, $10 of arcade, laser tag) But theres so much else to do that you dont feel like you have a premium pass because youd think youd be able to do everything. We still had lots of fun, but my kids kept wanting to do the stuff that would cost even more money than we spent on the premium pass ($53 a person).

We were served spoiled or burnt metal tasting gravy .we informed the young staff but they continued to serve it untill we told manager and she said they dumped it and remade it. My grandchildren ate there from noon till 8pm my babies probly didnt notice untill I tasted it . The chicken also tasted like it was cooked In old grease . JJ fixed the basketball game so fast and took care of everything without a hassle or wait. Big shout out to Alexis for helping my kiddos in the LaserTag they said they had so much fun. Last but not least the manager Way on duty was one of the best managers on duty. Spoke highly of the employees and was very attentive to EVERYONE didnt see him stop 1 time the whole time we were there 10am-3pmish. First time visiting today. Went with family, a total of 5 of us. Paid for an hour of bowling. 10 mins in and the lane malfunctioned. Was moved to a new lane, the bumpers for my young daughter did not work so we were moved to a 3rd lane. This lane also malfunctioned so we were moved to a different lane again. Immediately this lane also malfunctioned. The technician couldnt figure out what was wrong. There were multiple families bowling which none of them had issues but every lane we tried to use simply didnt work. Finally one the gentleman came to us and offered a full refund or to move to another lane. We decided after an hour of trying to play and not completing 5 frames that wed leave. We collect our belongings and go to the counter and a woman tells us that she cant authorize a refund but would give us credit for the arcade. No, not an appropriate exchange. We demanded our money back and told them to get the person who can process the refund as were already offered the refund. In the end we received a receipt showing the refund however after reading all the other reviews here and this first experience, I am very unlikely to come back. Which is a shame since there is not very much to do in this town.

The three is because, when your kid saves his own money to go to this place in Abilene Texas, because we were on a mini vaca and you have games that charge $1.50 for maybe 3 mins and only give 1 ticket and your ticket store minimum is 5 tickets for a tootsie roll. Go Carts were fun but they 10 dollars for 3 laps, unlimited would have cost you 52 bucks. The kiddie world was 15 dollars to even go in , so this would be costly for a group of 5. But still had fun!

Today was my first trip to Primetime CurioCity with my 16 month old grandson. The socks you buy at the counter are NOT anti-skid and some of the floors in CurioCity are very slippery. He fell first thing. We were told not to worry about the socks, so we did remove them. I did mention that I assumed the socks were more appropriate. My main concern was the corners of the balloon blowing encasement. I picked up what was left of a popped balloon on the floor, along with pieces of hard plastic and fuzz in all four corners. I did give trash to the nice lady at the counter. For $15, I did expect a cleaner and safer area for small children. On a positive note, staff were friendly. CurioCity stores are adorably decorated and my grandson loved the hands on experience in every one! Clean it up and I would give it a 5 review!

Hello! Yesterday I brought my visiting family (from Wyoming) to Prime Time. I checked online to see your hours (10 a.m.-10 p.m.). We arrived at 11 a.m. We wanted to buy the unlimited passes for $39.99 each. We were told nothing would be open until 3 p.m., but we could bowl now, if we wanted to buy the passes. I bought 8 passes, totaling $346.31, transaction We did one game of bowling, which malfunctioned 3x during the game. Once finished we went to lunch and shop; then came back at 3 p.m. Some of our group wanted play the Hologram game, they payed the extra fee, they swiped their cards, and the game didnt work. So they all got refunds after a huge snafu in trying to do so. We then went on to do the movie virtual theater, we were all locked in, ready, and three of the 8 seats didnt work for our group. (No compensation for that). We went to do the bumper cars, and one was broken. Some of the arcade games took our money off the cards and didnt work. I guess my point is, for the amount of money we paid, we expected more!!! We wanted to pay the extra for the go-carts but decided since everything else was malfunctioning, we wouldnt bother. I feel like I deserve a partial compensation for the poor service of your facilities , not likely Im sure. But you should know, for that kind of money, you should absolutely have top functioning activities.

In the middle the Ranger baseball game (4th inning) the inept, incomplete employees that work behind the counter, decided to change it to a basketball game. Because of ONE person. That one person does not get to dictate what the majority gets to watch !!! No wonder I hate bowling here.

Really little fun spot, a day here will cure your big city appetite. Lots of activities for the entire family, Bowling, Lazer tag, Vr games, and a host of arcade games. On weekends, there might be a wait for bowling as it can get crowded. They might have up to an hour wait for bowling and teens tend to hug the air hockey table so be mindful. But all in all worth the visit.

It was fun but the person at the register fail to explain everything to us. I told them we never been here and show them my group I brought of 7 & They recommend getting the highest premium pass of 52$ which we didn t mind but 3 kids out of my group wasn t able to do half of the attractions we paid for but the person at the register told us they was able to. Spent 420$ on passes when we could have spent 200$. I was told maybe next time I order the ticket to ask questions about the passes which I did and was recommended wrong. Could have saved so much money on this trip. We spent close to 700$ on this trip (including food) which could have been cheaper if they would explain to us correct the first time. Also nobody mention that you needed a driver L to drive the go kart so 4 members in my group paid for that future for no reason . All in one money hungry

Very dirty place. Decided not to oder food because of how nasty/neglected the facilities looked. I dont trust the kitchen area to be any cleaner. I pointed out the discrepancies to the manager. There was four people standing behind the counter. Not many customers. None with the wherewithal that maybe I could clean during slow times. An effort to clean would have gone a long way. The manager blamed it on his maintenance guy not showing up. Neglect life this has been a problem that has been going on for awhile. Several games did not work.

Great idea and plenty of space to make this great!! Staff was friendly. Arcade is decent but there were nearly half of the games out of service which would have been a bigger issue if the place was busy. Bowling area is nice but we had to change lanes 2 times during a single game and also have staff fix the lanes 2 additional times. Employees were very helpful but its pretty bad that the lanes broke 4 times during a single game. I understand things happen but that seemed a bit excessive and gives the impression the equipment is not being properly maintained. The mini golf is disgraceful! The turf is torn on nearly every single hole. The fountains are broken and have turned into swamps filled with dragonflies and gnats. Make sure you take an extra ball because if yours goes in the water you wont want to get it back. There was garbage floating in one of the ponds that we fished out and threw away. Very sad that they charge anyone to use the mini golf considering how poorly maintained it is. One hole even had handfuls of dirt and pebbles thrown all over it making it unusable. If they are not going to maintain this area, they should just close it down because its really awful and sad and probably becoming a liability with how derelict it is. So much potential!! Shame to see it wasted.

Also its free to get in and you pay for what you play. Buy a game card at the front desk for arcade games at the front you can see all the options and prices from everything else as well. Just because entry is free doesnt mean you can do anything fun without paying.... I spend at least 60$ everytime I go here but it brings out my inner child and I have fun.

OK, so check it out, I am originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but I reside in San Angelo. If you know anything about anything in Texas, there is so much to do in the Dallas-Fort Worth and there s very little to do in San Angelo. San Angelo is great but it s a little bit too small for me. Luckily Abilene is only about an hour away. Abilene may be perfect. It has so much more to do, it gives you that big city vibes without the big city traffic. So I stumbled upon prime time, and let me tell you what, I don t care if you re two years old or 99 years old, you re going to have a good time. If you go visit this amazing establishment and you don t have a good time, I m willing to bet that it s probably your fault and you need to reevaluate your entire life. I am tempted to move to Abilene and make an hour and 20 minute commute to work every day just so I can go to PrimeTime every day. Yeah Daven busters is cool, main event is cool, but guess what? We don t have any of that stuff out here. So primetime stepped up and did what they needed to do and they did not disappoint. If you re not taking your family to PrimeTime this weekend, then get the F out of my face.

The arcade games were super expensive, most cost 1.25 to play. We went through $15 in less than 5 minutes playing only a few games. Seems like a great deal of their games are homemade or subpar from what you d find in a standalone arcade. Also, this place doesn t take care of their miniature golf aka putt putt at all. The turf was very torn up and old, the water fountains therein were totally not functional, several holes don t have numbers and some holes have the same numbers (the first hole doesn t have a sign saying start or even hole 1 , there was no attendant. We paid $55 for one game of bowling and shoe rental for 1 child 1 adult, $15 on an arcade card, and a 13 hole putt putt (we couldn t muster the patience to finish the whole course. Quite a racket.

Our group called one month prior and asked for two lanes,on an end, the earliest time slot available. We were told to come at 1030 on Saturday. We called three days prior to our gathering, and were confirmed for two lanes, on the end, at 1030 on Sat. When we arrived, we were told they do not open until noon, and they advised they did not have the staff for us. They never made any attempts to reach out to our point of contact - the person that booked us in even admitted that yes he did have the contact information, but just never bothered to tell us. So we had to leave and come back. We asked for free shoe rentals due to the inconvenience. The manager said we gave you the courtesy of allowing you to come in 15 min early . I read a lot of reviews before coming again (its been a LONG time) sounded expensive and honestly most of the things we really werent interested in doing. We came to bowl!! Ok, there were 5 of us. An hour on the weekend was $29 and shoes were $3.50 each or you could pay $8 a game per person. The young lady at the counter was super patient with us as we figured things out. She suggested the hour. It would be cheaper and she was right! And we (the 5 of us) finish a whole game in that hour. We werent rushing. Some of us walked off to the snack bar and some were dancing and not paying attention lol So, on a Sunday at 12. We were there when it opened. Maybe 3 other families there (none bowling). It was pretty dead. Paid about $50 for 5 of us to play a game, including shoes. When we were done, there were about three others now bowling as well. It was fun and the very young staff, were pleasantly sweet and helpful. We will be back!

The best games NEVER work. They have a fighter jet game off in the corner that looks pretty fun, but in the 4 or 5 years Ive been coming here Ive yet to get to play it because its always out of order. With what they charge for games here, they should be able to afford to repair them no problem.

Fun place to take the family, although can be a little pricey. Would most definitely advise to purchase one of the bundle packages if you plan on doing multiple attractions. But to get the full experience it is going to cost you a little over $60 per person.

Most of our time there was fun for the family. The laser tag was a big disappointment because the guns stopped working halfway through and kept resetting. The staff was disorganized and unhelpful in that area. The putt putt course needs maintenance - many of the greens have rips and tears. The last disappointing thing was the proximity of the smoking area near the entrance. Other than not getting our $$ worth at putt putt and laser tag, and the cigarette smoke, the experience was excellent.

We decided to host my sons graduation party in the private event section, complete with catering and reserved time slots. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. More than half of the arcade games were out of order, and we were disappointed to find only four darts available for the three dart boards. This situation left us feeling upset, especially considering that we specifically chose this area for its entertainment options, such as bowling and arcade games. As longtime fans of primetime, we have always enjoyed our visits there over the years. However, this private event booking fell short of our expectations. In hindsight, it would have been more enjoyable and worthwhile to purchase unlimited passes for everyone and enjoy the entire venue instead of opting for a separate private event.

It is a bit pricey with each arcade game starting at about 1.50 and up. All of that being said they have a pass that allows you to do several things as much as you want all day. You can add gocarts and a never ending drink to the package and it was a great time. At this time I think it was close to $60 per person for the all inclusive but it also gives you about 15-20 bucks to play in the arcade per person so it sort of works out. These are off the top of my head prices. They have a very young but courteous staff that keep the place clean and enjoyable. The way I see it if you spend 4 hours or more there you will definitely get your moneys worth and have a good time. On a side note this is not a place for really young kids. Honestly not a lot for them to do. Especially as it gets later and they shut down the curiosity corner. Also if music and lyrics are important to you as to what your kids hear. The music they play is not as edited as I would have liked for a FAMILY establishment, Im splitting hairs now. Go have fun.

Short staffed. Unorganized. Would have been fun if they had more workers. Spent 2.5 hours waiting for 3 rides. We paid for the VR,Theater , go karts. The Theater we went to check 3 times only waited on once. Then the other time it broke. So went to Go-Karts that was fun. Small track they don t go to fast.waited about 30 mins in line. Went back to Theater finally go on. But the sound didn t work. Ended up going to th VR for the 4th time. The 1st time someone said they d get to us next. Turn around they were gone wait to speak to someone about 15 min no one came. Tried 2 or 3 other times no one came. The Last time we tried finally someone helped us. My husbands gun didn t even work and I didn t even get a Gun just a lil controller. We were helped by the Manager by the way. They were really busy..! Would have been good if everything worked right. Spent most of the time waiting and wasting time. The Pizza was good kinda Burnt on bottom though.

My family and I had SOOOOOOO much FUN here, we shut down the place! They have so many activities such as mini golf, laser tag, go kart racing, axe throwing, bowling, XD theater. I suggest spending the $36 for an unlimited pass each person. The go karts are like $7.50 each, laser tag (same), bumper cars $4... Its just better if you get the unlimited pass and ride all attractions as many times as you want. We had a 6yr old that wasnt tall enough to drive the go karts so her pass was cheaper but she still go to go on the go karts as a rider. Saved us money! I would also suggest you go super early. It gets packed throughout the day. We literally stayed for like 4 hours! Staff was friendly, rides are plenty! Food onsite at their Cafe. This place is like a mini Disney to kids! Arcade games are additional and cost about $1.50 to $2.00 per arcade game play. Money can be added to your card for arcades later. #Traveltexicanadventures

So I came to PrimeTime to enjoy a nice date and go bowling at prime I ve come every other time on a Saturday when it s busy and it s always been me and my partner and for some reason tonight I got scammed. Not only did it cost me 20$ for a game but the fact that the sign said 6$ for one game plus 3$ for shoes so I should have only paid 14-15$ tax included this is absolutely ridiculous for a game that last only 15mins and we weren t even play fast we took our time bowling like we always do and yet it was a 15 minute game this is absolutely ridiculous and the biggest scam ever. Where did that extra 5$ come from that I paid for!? I only got to play for 15mins every other time I ve been here it took 40- a hour to finish a game with me and my partner 2 people only 1 hour and we d play on the first sheet and then it would move onto a new sheet so what is this? Why is prime time scamming everyone this absolutely ridiculous that they are scamming people now I m so upset I wasted 20$ for a 15 minute game. I might as well pay for the minute rather than the game itself. Not to mention tonight is my birthday night and I wanted to go bowling and do a date to celebrate. And it got absolutely ruined thanks to prime times ultimate scam.

I have been calling for days now to plan a party for my daughter this upcoming Sunday. Every single time I call I get told Im going to get a call back. Nobody ever calls back. Yesterday I got told by a girl she would personally make sure I got a call back. No call back. Today I called during business hours and got told there is nobody in the office to talk to and I need to call back during business hours (keep in mind, I called during business hours). Then she tells me I have to catch this person in the office while theyre there and that they dont do call backs. So now I have to magically guess when the person is actually in the office. Im not sure who is lying as far as if Ill ever get a call back or if they dont do call backs, but this is ridiculous. Now its Wednesday and Im sure Im going to get told that yall are all booked up. We came here for my oldest daughters birthday last month and had a blast and wanted to do it again. But I guess well have to take our business elsewhere. This is beyond ridiculous. Highly dissatisfaction in the customer service at this place.
